Technology is a necessity and S&S utilizes a state of the art web based Claims Management System (CMS) along with the latest industry software. Our adjusters receive assignments through the secure website and prepare estimates complete with digital photographs and supporting documentation. The complete file is uploaded to our Claims Management System where it is reviewed for accuracy and consistency by an S&S manager prior to submission to our client.
The client can access and view their files in real time and may enter activity notes into the file. The adjuster is automatically notified by e-mail that the client has entered activity in CMS.
All files are stored on a secure website at the largest data storage facility on the East Coast.
