Our Claims Management System (CMS) serves as the centralized repository for all claim assignments, claim tasks, and communications. Claims managers and file reviewers utilize CMS to monitor claim progress, review files, and communicate directly with adjusters—promoting oversight, accountability, and streamlined collaboration.

Our secure document portal provides adjusters with the resources needed for efficient and streamlined claims processing and handling; including policy forms, client guidelines, claim templates, Xactimate resources, QA checklists, CAT information and more. If a document cannot be located, contact our office for assistance.
